California Workforce Training (CWT) is a bilingual HR compliance training company serving California employers. We deliver harassment prevention and workplace compliance programs in both English and Spanish, in person, virtually, or in a hybrid format. This way, every employee understands their rights and every employer can document that they have met their obligations.
California law requires covered employers to train supervisors and employees on harassment prevention on a regular cycle. Too often, that training is delivered only in English, which leaves much of the state’s workforce with a checkbox instead of real understanding. CWT closes that gap. Our facilitators move between English and Spanish in real time, and our programs are tailored to the industries we serve, including agriculture, hospitality, food service, construction, and healthcare.
